One Single Impression had the prompt “seeking.” I preferred using the word seeker.

patient snow seeker
watches for signs grey, cold nights
frosty smell of snow

Tuesday began this way:
phone rings, voice trembles
home robbery stopped by me
invasion of life

I found time to visit the West Linn Library this week to write.

library write time
settle in, revise manuscript
down the rabbit hole

Thanksgiving Day
family, friendship, freedom
abundant blessings

And after the food and family time…

midnight hour strikes
doors open, bargains appear
crazy Black Friday
