SOLSC Day 6: Tired

20140305-213145.jpgEvery day for thirty one days I ‘ll share a slice and read others at Two Writing Teachers.

Here it is Wednesday and I am bone tired. As I write this post, I am vegging on a guilty pleasure American Idol. What makes it fun is that two of my friends from college email back and forth during the show. We critique the performers and the outfits.

Monday night was my writing critique at my house. It’s a time to have dinner and share our work. It’s always so good to talk writing.

Last night was the Family Library Night and I was home late.

Tonight after school, time to meet up with other librarians. Then I helped my daughter home from the hospital. She had a robot assist hysterectomy today. I am remembering how wonderful mine was twelve years ago when it was done vaginally but she left with four bandaids! Plus she’s walking great. So amazing! (Hope that wasn’t TMI)

So it’s nice to be able to veg and watch American Idol.

I think we all have our veggie “fav” to watch. . . something mindless, doesn’t take to much thinking 😉 . . . mine is Greys’ Anatomy!

The weekend is not too far off. Most likely your weekend will be busy. Hopefully you will find time to rest. Amazing about the robotic surgery!

You are letting your brain and body rest…we have to do that sometimes:) Sounds like you are a very busy person and yet you find the time to write…
