PAD 3-8: Fall Rondelet and Others

Tricia at The Miss Rumphius Effect suggested writing a Rondelet for the Poetry Stretch. It took me all week but I accomplished it:

When the rains come
tree branches bend, oak leaves twirl down.
When the rains come
rubber boots and slickers appear,
people scurry about the town.
I watch from the window spellbound
when the rains come.
