Love that last line, Jone! I had a serious battle with some rangy lantana just last weekend. Next, the dreaded side yard… will the war never end?

This is a fun poem to read, Jone. I tried my first tanka for Michelle Barnes’s ditty challenge and hope to try another. Yesterday, I ended my week of writing for Heidi’s challenge with my Impressive Arch poem about a beautiful site in Brooklyn, NY.
