Poetry Friday: Poetry Swap # 3

poetryfriday

All good things are happening with Donna at Mainely Write, our host for Poetry Friday this week.

One of my favorite things about summer is the Annual Poetry Swap.  This past Monday, I received a piece of art in the mail with a poem From Brenda at Friendly Fairy Tales.  We were swap buddies as she received mine the very same day.

My response:

coast to coast
the sea draws us together
through poems

What a wonderful combination of poems. They should both be in the Sunkissed Summer Gallery. Send them my way if you agree, Jone.

  7. Tabatha says:

Aww, you guys! How did you manage to be so in sync??

  8. Love the response, Jone. The sun rises on my ocean and sets on yours, but all the hearts between beat like poetry.
