Poetry Friday: Traveling

Thanks to Carol V. at Beyond LiteracyLink for hosting Poetry Friday this week.

I’ve been traveling the southwest for close to 2 weeks. We’ve seen friends and played in Moab and Bryce.

I brought along my glass orb to play with along the way. Turns out l, people are curious and had fun with it too.

Wow! That orb really lets you see a place with a different perspective–like poetry does.

  2. It can be scary standing at the rim (especially through the eyes of your orb!) … but oh so exciting at the same time!

What a great photograph, Jone. The orb provides an interesting design in a small space. I can imagine you standing on the rim listening to the call of nature.

Having a glass orb makes mystery from your beautiful pictures, Jone. I’ve loved seeing & hearing ravens in my travels & you’ve brought them back for us. Happy Travelin’!

  6. That orb makes an outstanding view a bit mysterious and spiritual.
